3.5 Book Editing
Following the creation of a book, users transition to the editing phase (Figure 20), an integral part of the book’s development in ARTutor. This phase is meticulously organized into three key sections (Figure 19): ”Book,” ”Augmentations,” and ”Permissions.” Each section plays a vital role in the book’s refinement:

Within the ”Book” section of ARTutor’s editing phase, users are afforded the flexibility to modify all the initial details entered during the book’s creation. This includes the ability to update various aspects of the book, such as its title, description, category, and other key elements.
In addition to these editing capabilities, users can also alter the book’s status, shifting it from ”Draft” to ”Complete” as it reaches its final form.
Moreover, by toggling the ”Public” option, users can make their book accessible in the ”Public Books” section of the platform. This feature significantly expands the book’s reach, allowing a wide audience of users to discover and engage with it. For users affiliated with any organizations, this section also offers the functionality to associate the book with those specific entities, further expanding its distribution within relevant communities.
